BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
To ensure a seamless and personalised experience, please review the following information before your visit.
Arrival
Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
As we are an intimate studio environment, we are unable to accommodate additional guests during appointments.
Our services are highly detailed and craft-based, therefore appointment times may occasionally run slightly behind schedule depending on the complexity of the work. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Estimated Service Duration
Please allow the following time frames for your visit:
Haircut: approximately 1.5 – 2.5 hours
Hair Colour: approximately 3 – 5 hours
Hair Colour & Haircut: approximately 4 – 7 hours
New Colour Guests
If your hair has previously been coloured with box dye or DIY colour, we may require a strand test prior to booking your full colour appointment to ensure the integrity and safety of your hair.
Colour Transformations
For major colour transformations, a colour waiver form must be signed before the service begins.
Pricing
Each service is customised to the individual, and final pricing will be confirmed during your in-salon consultation. Pricing varies depending on hair length, density, and the desired result and payment must be finalised on the day of the service.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days will result in the deposit being non-refundable, as this time has been reserved especially for you.
Your Satisfaction
Your experience and satisfaction are very important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your colour result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to arrange a complimentary adjustment service where appropriate.
