BEFORE BOOKING
Please review the following important information before securing your appointment:
1. Be mindful of your booking time.
Haircut: approximately 1.5–2 hours
Hair colour: approximately 3–5 hours
Hair colour & haircut: approximately 4–7 hours
2. Pricing.
Final pricing will be confirmed during your in-salon consultation, as it varies depending on your hair length, thickness, and desired result.
3. Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations or reschedules made 7 days before your appointment are free of charge.
Changes made within 7 days of your appointment will result in your deposit being non-refundable or converted to store credit.
4. New Colour Guests.
If you have a history of box or DIY hair colour, please book a strand test before scheduling your full colour service.
5. Colour Transformations.
All major colour transformations require signing a colour waiver form before the service begins.
6. Satisfaction Policy.
If you are not happy with your hair colour, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a redo service free of charge.
